The "Young Tourism Ambassadors" program aims to cultivate tourism and environmental awareness and raise awareness of hospitality issues. The program includes a presentation/lecture to sixth-grade elementary school students by officials from the Deputy Ministry of Tourism and a guided tour by a Licensed Tourist Guide. The cost of the tour is covered entirely by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, while the cost of transportation is covered by the schools. The tour can be included as one of the planned educational trips for the school year. The school can choose from five excursions designed by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism for this specific purpose. Participating children will receive an honorary diploma – "Young Tourism Ambassadors" and commemorative gifts.
